How am I charged for my Powerlink Unlimited services? Powerlink Unlimited charges fall into two categories: Talk Cards and Flex Cards. Your Talk Card gives you access to Unlimited calling for 7, 14 or 28 days, depending on the card purchased. All charges associated with SMS Text Messaging, Picture Messaging, 411, Mobile Web and International dialing are deducted from your Flex Card balance. Flex Cards are available in $10 and $20 denominations. What if my "Flex Card" account balance falls below $1.00 during my rate plan period? When your Flex Card balance falls below $1.00, Powelink will notify you via SMS text message alerting you that it is time to reload your Flex Card balance by purchasing a new $10 or $20 Flex Card from your nearest retailer. Your SMS Text Messaging, Picture Messaging, 411, Mobile Web and International dialing will be suspended when your Flex Card balance reaches zero. How do I check my account balance? You can check your balance for FREE from your Powerlink handset simply by dialing *MIN (*646). *MIN is an airtime free call! You can also check your airtime balance at anytime by visiting your account or by calling our automated system at 1-888-831-8534. How do I download ringtones, wallpapers and games to my phone? Simply launch the web browser on your phone and you will automatically be taken to the Powerlink Download Center. Please see your phone's user guide for detailed instructions on launching the web browser. Charges for Mobile Web and content are deducted from your Flex Card balance. How are SMS Text Messages billed? Incoming and Outgoing SMS Messages are billed at 10¢ each. Charges for SMS are deducted from your Flex Card balance. How are calls to Information (411) billed?
